The future home of RADIO 74


Located in the quiet commune of Vers, south of Viry along D992, direction Frangy, Haute-Savoie, France.


     These latest photos, taken on 2 October 2008, show progress made on the new studio-office building during the summer. We admit, it still takes some imagination to see the beautiful place it will be.
There will be adequate space for programme production, offices, technical rooms, maintenance shop, storage and an appartment for the operations supervisor.  The basement and main floor each have 300 m², and the upper floor about 200 m².
     Walls on the main floor are now completed.   We'd like to pour cement for the upper floor before winter cold. It can yet happen if 140,000 Euros arrive by end of November.  This project is pay-as-we-go.  No bank loan is planned.
     Listener donations from Switzerland to the RADIO 74 building fund should be sent through Home & Family Life.
